The Concordia SIM Program
OVERVIEW
The Concordia SIM program provides Maslow Telecom SIMs charged with at least 3 months of free mobile service to enable greater digital access. The aim of this is to provide immediate digital connection and/or financial relief with ease of access to those who may be experiencing digital inequity due to low income, housing insecurity, or family violence.
The mobile service uses the Telstra wholesale network and includes unlimited standard calls and texts, and 12GB of bankable data each month. At the end of the 3 months recipients can keep their number and switch to another provider or they can continue with Maslow Telecom.
Maslow Telecom is a digital inclusion for purpose social enterprise that have created their mobile service to overcome digital access barriers, and to provide an accessible and affordable alternative. Maslow Telecom requires minimal ID, has flexible billing options and payment methods such as Centrepay, and includes no extra fees like late fees.
The Maslow Telecom option enables the greater chance of Concordia Sim recipient’s sustained connectivity past the Concordia support period.

SIM DISTRIBUTION
The Concordia SIMs are provided via either our Services Packs or our Community Pop-ups.
Services Packs
We provide our Services Packs to community services offering direct client or community support. The Services Packs include our Concordia Sims ready to go for services to directly distribute to their service users as needed.
Community Pop-ups
In our Community Pop-ups we can directly distribute our Concordia Sims to community members, provide tips to improve mobile phone and home internet financial literacy, and support eligible households to sign up to the School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI). The SSBI is a current Federal Government initiative offering free NBN until 30 December 2025 to households with school aged children and no home NBN connected.
